VBH Inc. Attorneys currently has a vacancy for Litigation Attorney in Centurion

REQUIREMENTS:

· LLB

· Admitted Attorney with experience in civil litigation

· Experience in debt collection, insurance industry and recovery of damages arising from motor vehicle claims will be an advantageous

· Knowledge of Civil procedure

· Experience in drafting of various pleadings and notices

COMMENCEMENT DATE: 1 March 2024 or soonest thereafter

AREA: Centurion (Office bound)

QUALITIES:

Hardworking, resilient and must have an aptitude for critical problem solving. Manage a portfolio of legal matters with the view of recovering client’s damages through negotiation and speedy quality litigation as effectively as possible, by making the right legal decisions in the best professional way possible. Must be able to work under extreme pressure and have detailed knowledge of the litigation process.
