Pather & Pather Attorneys Inc. a well-established legal firm is looking for an attorney who is also an admitted conveyancer or an experienced paralegal specialising in Absa Bonds, to join their team.

Minimum requirements:
– LLB Qualification

– Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer •*Ability to work on Ghost Practice* Lexis

– Minimum of 1-3 years experience post admission as a Conveyancer in conveyancing practice.

– Experience in both bond registrations and transfers

– Experience in dealing with multiple banks, government, and municipalities

– 2-3 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation

– Strong drive and the ability to show initiative

– Candidate must have excellent communication skills 

– Candidate must have a driver’s license and own transport will be advantageous.
