Bernice Kapinga

Bernice Kapinga is an ambitious third-year law student at the University of South Africa, pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). With a Diploma in Law (Paralegal) and concurrent enrollment in a Cybersecurity Program, she is well-prepared to address the complexities of AI and digital law.

She is a research paper presenter and speaker at the Fourth UNISA – Afrikan Peer Growth Network (APGroN) International Conference 2024, showcasing her expertise in international law, aviation/aerospace, and cybersecurity. Bernice actively participates in the UNISA Law Student Association and volunteers as a Spiritual Care Leader at CRC Prison Ministry.

With a focus on cyber law, Bernice aims to shape regulations and represent clients in cyber-related cases while supporting marginalized communities.
