SWCM MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME 2026
SWCM NPC was established on the principle of making the legal profession accessible to aspirant legal minds, with a particular focus on individuals from marginalised backgrounds who intend to pursue careers within the legal fraternity.
Each year, SWCM NPC presents an exclusive mentorship programme for final-year and penultimate-year law students enrolled at South African tertiary institutions, as well as recent graduates entering the legal profession. The programme runs for six (6) months, during which mentees are exposed to various aspects of legal practice and receive practical training in the following areas:

Since its inception, the programme has accommodated a limited number of mentees annually to ensure meaningful engagement, personalised guidance, and impactful professional development.
