Clarrence Mangena Inc. is looking for a part-time law degree student to occupy the position of a part-time TRAINEE PERSONAL ASSISTANT 

 Duties include: 

• Vetting of corporate and commercial contracts 
• Review of estate planning documents 
• Read-through of draft corporate governance documents 
• Attendance to the drafting of comprehensive memorandums 

Requirements: 

• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) 
• Proof of registration as a law degree student
