CJ Bezuidenhout Inc Attorneys in Bonaero Park, Kempton Park is inviting applications from a suitably qualified and experienced litigation attorney (associate) to assume service as soon as possible.

In brief, the ideal candidate must:

-Reside within the East-Rand area (not negotiable).

-Be experienced with Magistrate’s and High Court litigation (motion and action proceedings).

-Right of appearance in the High Court is not essential.

-Able to work independently across various legal disciplines including amongst others – matrimonial law, contract law, property law, and estate law.

-Have excellent communication, negotiation, drafting, and persuasion skills.

-Be able to oversee a small team and run the litigation department with efficiency.

-Be passionate about litigation and willing to grow the business. Be computer literate.

-Have own reliable transport.
