Volunteer Administrative Assistant

About the Role

SWCM  is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support the organisation’s day-to-day operations and coordination.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in office administration, operations and organisational management within a purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the team;

Maintain organised records, documents, and filing systems;

Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating activities;

Support internal communication and follow-ups;

Assist with preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence;

Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support

Minimum Requirements

Qualification (or currently completing) in:
Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

or

Relevant experience in administrative or office support roles

Strong organisational and time management skills

 Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
