SWCMNPC MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME 2023/24


SWCM NPC was established on the premise of making the legal profession accessible to aspirant legal minds, with a special focus to those individuals from marginalized backgrounds who are intending to pursue a career within the legal fraternity.

Annually, SWCM runs a mentorship programme that is exclusive to law students that are enrolled in a tertiary institution within South Africa.
The mentorship programme runs for six(6) months, during this period the participants are exposed to various aspects of the legal profession and receive training in the following areas

  • Job- shadowing
  • Legal writing
  • Financial education
  • Mental- health education Profile/
  • Resumé writing
  • Employment Etiquette
  • Professional Conduct
